ASHLYN HARRIS

Ashlyn Harris is a former USWNT, Orlando Pride, and Gotham FC goalkeeper, celebrated as a 2x FIFA Women’s World Cup Champion and Olympian. Following her retirement from professional soccer, she served as Global Creative Director of Gotham FC, where she helped elevate the club’s brand and business growth.

A passionate advocate for social justice and equality, Ashlyn was a lead plaintiff in the landmark equal pay lawsuit against U.S. Soccer and continues to champion equity in sports and beyond. She currently serves on the boards of the Women’s Sports Foundation and the Human Rights Campaign, and is a prominent voice for LGBTQ+ rights, mental health awareness, and gender equity.

Ashlyn has expanded her impact into media, storytelling, and brand strategy as a creative consultant, producer, investor, and advisor to mission-driven companies and Fortune 500 brands. In 2025, she launched Wide Open with Ashlyn Harris, a podcast with iHeartRadio that features candid conversations with influential voices across sports, entertainment, fashion, and culture. She also recently released her documentary Gamechangers: The Ashlyn Harris story with Roku. 

Known for her bold creative perspective and cultural influence, Ashlyn continues to shape conversations at the intersection of sports, identity, wellness, and modern leadership. She splits her time between Los Angeles and New York with her two children, Sloane and Ocean.
