ARIANNA ORPELLO
Arianna Orpello is the Chief Marketing Officer of GEICO, where she leads GEICO's long-term growth strategy and brand modernization, sharpening differentiation and strengthening relevance in a highly competitive category.
Arianna is a vocal advocate for women's sports and believes deeply in the power of authentic storytelling, intentional investment, and visibility to drive commercial impact and business success. She champions long-term partnerships that elevate female athletes as leaders, role models, and cultural forces. Under her leadership, GEICO has made women's sports a strategic business priority, focusing on community-rooted narratives that inspire the next generation and create genuine connection with audiences.
For Arianna, meaningful brand investment goes far beyond logo placement. It's about telling fuller, more human stories that build trust and consideration. That philosophy has come to life through GEICO's partnership with the NCAA; their first-ever multi-year partnership with a female athlete, UConn basketball star Azzi Fudd; and Miles That Matter, a GEICO-presented docuseries celebrating athletes and the communities that support them. As GEICO expands its sports investment, that same commitment to authentic, community-driven storytelling guides the approach. For Arianna, marketing is most powerful when it drives growth, earns trust, and leaves a meaningful imprint on the communities it serves.
Prior to GEICO, Arianna served as Chief Global Brand Officer at Goldman Sachs. She brings more than two decades of experience leading brand and digital transformation across financial services, with senior roles at TD Bank, Capital One, and ING Direct. She was recently recognized by Forbes as a Notable CMO to Watch and also serves on the boards of Ad Council, ANA, and AAF.
